LEGR Hot Chocolate
    Makes 1 serving

    2 pcs square of LEGR unsweetened chocolate bar
    1/2 cup boiling water
    1/2 cup milk (for substitute almond milk or cream of your choice)
    1/2 to 1 tbsp sugar or sweetener of your choice

    Stove top instruction:
    Boil ½ cup water to dissolve 2 pcs square of LEGR unsweetened chocolate bar. Lower heat to simmer for another 2 minutes by stirring constantly until mixture thickens to desired consistency. Add milk and sugar then froth using a milk frother, wooden whisk or a regular whisk or a handy- dandy stick blender. You may add more milk or cream if too thick to desired consistency.


    LEGR Chocolate Fudge

    1 1/2 cups nuts (hazelnut, pecans, walnut, pistachios, almonds, and/or peanuts)
    1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
    16 oz (2 boxes) LEGR Unsweetened Chocolate Bar chopped
    2 tablespoons unsalted butter
    2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

    Line bottom and sides of an 8 or 9 inch square pan with aluminum foil.
    Place a heatproof bowl over a simmering saucepan and melt the chocolate condensed milk, chopped chocolate and butter stirring frequently. Make sure the mixture does not  get too hot or the fudge may be grainy. Stir until smooth (it will be very thick). 

    Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and chopped nuts. Spread the fudge into the prepared pan and smoothen the top with a spatula or spoon. Let it stand at room temperature until cool (this may take several hours).

    Carefully remove the fudge from the pan by lifting the edges of the foil. With a long
    sharp knife cut the fudge into one inch pieces. Wrap well fudge pieces and store in the
    refrigerator for several days or freezer for several months. Thaw before serving.
